What is Reel? A private timeline where your family can keep spoken and written notes, uploads, and day-by-day health context.
Login / account Sign in with the email you used to create the account. If you are locked out, email support from that address.
Billing Website unlock is a one-time payment on the web. The iOS App Store listing is priced separately by Apple. Refunds for App Store purchases go through Apple.
Privacy Family content is for the accounts you invite. Do not share login credentials.
Camera / mic The iOS app may ask for microphone (spoken notes), speech recognition, camera, or photo library only to attach notes or photos to a day.
